If you’ve ever swapped between trailers and found one riding too high or low, this mount takes the guesswork out. Solid, heavy and appears to be well built. With a sunny warm day today I was able to install a receiver on my truck. I'm looking forward to using this in conjunction with that receiver.
This hitch works very well. The Hitch is a solid product, that is able to handle tough jobs.
On the negative side; The hitch sections are pretty loose fitting and rattle.
Also, on the negative side, the ball is more than a few inches from the back of the truck, which makes the trailer light connection, and in my case, on right turns, the trailer electrical plug pulls out of the truck jack.

You can hardwire some extra length on your wiring harness and zip tie the slack up onto your hitch with item # DW04914-1.

Hitch has a little play & causes a little bit of sway, adjust tongue weight & tows ok. Very satisfied with product. Package was damaged in shipping & parts missing, but etrailer got right on it & new hitch was here in 2 days!!

Works good, but has A lot of movement
I use the hitch for towing my trailer to haul my tractor around and I also tow a utility trailer. It makes it very handy to be able to switch the balls back-and-forth. The balls are rusting already. I’m disappointed about that. I wish there was more adjustment to go lower because my trailer is tilted just a little too high when hooked up.

I have three different trailers I pull behind my F150 - a livestock trailer and two haulers, a 12' and a 16'. This adjustable hitch has made leveling them much easier, not to mention the advantage of the adjustable ball sizes. Definitely money well spent.

Hitch is rock solid and still working perfectly. Extremely easy to put ontake off and adjust height. Zero complaints here.
Here is the installed hitch I bought. This is a great hitch, and no rattling.
I don't know a thing about trailer hitches, only that what I had wasnt working. Paula walked me through the process of assessing my my needs. And when there was a small problem with my order, she straightened it out immediately. Thanks Paula!
I did a chat to find what I needed, as usual they were very helpful. Ordered and had it at my door in just a few days. Have not used yet but it definitely looks and feels well made. My only complaint (and this is may be UPS issue), is the box was damaged and showed up open, but at least all the parts appear to still have been in the box.

what I needed
I have 3 trailers ,and the 3 different balls on 1 adjustable shank works great for my needs. The shank adjusts quick and easy .great product very well constucted.
At 39 pounds, this is a heavy duty hitch. I just received it in the mail today but I do believe that this will be the last hitch I ever have to buy as it will do the job that I need it to do. Awesome hitch setup! Does exactly what I need it for. Pull multiple trailers do to farming and utility trailers. Adjustability is the key for me! Highly recommend etrailer to anyone. One stop for your hitch needs.
Had excessive play in the ball section until I added another stiffener. With this additional stiffener the system was excellent, 5 star.
Got this installed yesterday. Feels very solid, everything fit and the holes all lined up nicely. Looking forward to towing with it. This is on a 99 Dodge RAM 2500 Cummins.

Still working beautifully! Ive towed a 34 foot bumper pull camper cross country with it, and Ive towed a [rental] car carrier loaded up with vehicles a couple times. Never any issue. This thing is HEAVY DUTY. Well worth the money.
Absolutely exceptional. It's very tough to get a feel for just how "heavy-duty" a product is from a picture and specs. I went above and beyond, for safety purposes and get this piece of towing an 18' bass boat, with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. In short, this thing is built for war, and incredibly stable. There's a bit more play where the ball fits into the hitch, that I would have preferred. But I'm not going to kick up a fuss about that. I was stunned at how heavy this piece was for a relatively small amount of metal. So, I was pleasantly surprised. This will last far longer than I will. The price was competitive, and the shipping was very fast. Hat's off to etrailer for having an exceptional business model (including the customer service).
The box came almost destroyed by the scumbags at UPS but OSS no way the fault of etrailer. Luckily everything was still inside and it is just a big beefy Bitch so nothing was damaged.
As far as the hitch goes it’s very nice and extremely heavy and solid feeling. None of it uses hollow square tubing, it’s all solid steel with the pin holes just drilled out. Everything went together easily and fits nice. It’s loose fitting but that’s why it has the 3/4” bolt. Once I tightened that down it’s solid. It’s no B&M but it’s also not $300+ either. For the price this Is one VERY nice adjustable hitch. Short of a fifth wheel or gooseneck I can tow any trailer out there with just this one hitch.
Also, I selected the basic shipping and this thing still got to me lightning fast! I ordered it at around midnight and at 6:52am it was shipped. Not just the label created crap, but actually shipped out! That’s incredible customer service.
Great product and heavy duty,this bad boy weighs a lot and its built to take abuse. Not a great picture but it works great with my 18ft enclosed trailer.Also it sticks out pretty far and makes tight turns easier.

this is the best hitch ive used in 44 years of driving,and I got my drivers liscense in alaska during white out conditions,dec 3 baby, ive had quite a few and main purpose of this one was to add length,without losing strength and still be adjustable as ive gone from jeep to tundra.
Bought this hitch without the pins, so I picked some up at the local farm store. Thus the appearance. Overall I could not be happier with this hitch. I discovered the importance of a level, tandem axle trailer on the first of two 350 mile trips to Michigan from Wisconsin with a heavily loaded trailer. After an exciting fish-tailing incident, decided I needed to have the ability to adjust my hitch height to accommodate my toung weight.
I then bought this hitch. Man am I glad I did.
On the second trip, with even more toung weight, and heavy trailer, was able to lift the hitch and make the trailer perfectly level! It pulled great with no sign of sway! This hitch is nothing short of top quality. Solid built for longevity, the fit and finish are both perfect. I especially like the heavy pinch bolt that takes the slack out of the first link. No racking! So glad I bought this!
Just got the ball mount and I am pretty impressed with how solid it looks and feels. It uses solid pieces of metal that only has holes drilled for the pins. No stampings here. Obviously it has the 3 ball sizes and adjustible ball height. Price is very competitive. Can't wait to try it out. If it works as good as it looks (I see no reason it shouldn't) I'll add another star to my rating.
It would be good if the product literature gave all the dimensions like the length from the hitch hole to the holes on the hitch portion. It was pretty close and I wasn’t using the ball, but everything else is real good.
This hitch is made from solid stock. I was very surprised of the quality for such an affordable price, and it was delivered in 2 days.

This hitch is still in service with no problems at all. Matter of fact I just pulled a very heavy trailer from Louisiana to Detroit and back with on problems.
